The Automotive Technicians Training Program (ATTP) is a nationally recognized model for the instruction of in-service technicians. ATTP has trained over 10,000 technicians who have completed more than 15,000 courses. NYS Department of Motor Vehicles approved instructors teach these courses during the evenings at community colleges, BOCES and independent training agencies. ATTP courses vary in length, ranging from 24 to 30 hours.
